Miles Gilbert
I'm a creative technologist. I build infrastructures that change what a creative team can accomplish. With a background spanning web development, creative direction, design, and marketing, I help teams find smarter ways of working โ from growth marketing and video production to illustration and brand identity.
My approach is holistic: I build the tools, document the processes, and integrate them into new and existing workflows so teams can operationalize them. Throughout my work, I keep returning to one question: where do humans make the irreplaceable decisions, and how can technology amplify everything around that moment? The answer is never the same, and I find that genuinely interesting rather than exhausting.
I'm proud of the work I'm doing at Indeed, and I'm curious about what comes next โ particularly opportunities to shape how creative, marketing, and technology teams think about scale, systems, and craft.
Every good opportunity starts with a conversation. Let's have one.
